Her career looked exceptional on paper. She worked tirelessly to climb her way up the corporate ladder to get another step closer to... someone else's dream.

Until she got a major wake-up call. She was riding a CitiBike home down Fifth Avenue in Manhattan when a bus—with no prior indication—cut into her lane. The next thing she knew, she was lying in the middle of the road. Her leg was shattered with crushed bones sticking out of her skin. She couldn’t feel or remember anything. And for a brief moment, she wasn’t sure she was still alive.

That moment broke her—and changed the course of her life.

She started to ask different questions. Not "What’s next on the ladder?" but "Why did this happen?” and “What have I been ignoring?".

She learned how to listen to her inner compass and pay attention to the opportunities, ideas and people that were showing up for her.

And this strange thing happened: everything started to flow into her life right when she needed it. Before long, it became clear that her purpose and mission was to teach others how to follow their calling and build the lives they want and deserve.

Today she works with high achieving executives who are tired of chasing someone else's dream and need clarity and support to step into their greatness, as it requires an entirely different playbook.
