FAQs

A few helpful details on coaching, memberships, and how it all works.

Membership FAQs

What if I’m unsure which membership is right for me?

You’re welcome to book a brief call to discuss fit before enrolling.

Is this therapy?

No. This work is focused on clarity, alignment, leadership, and decision-making, not diagnosis or treatment.

Can I cancel my membership?

Next Level: Yes. It’s pay monthly and cancel anytime.

The Threshold: No. It’s a 12-month commitment by design.

How much time do the memberships require?

Next Level: Flexible and self-paced. Most members engage a few hours per week.

The Threshold: Requires intentional prioritization, especially during the first 3 months of weekly coaching.

Do I need prior coaching or experience to join?

No prior coaching experience is required for Next Level.

For The Threshold, prior self-work and readiness for deep engagement are expected.

Is The Threshold just extended 1:1 coaching?

No. While The Threshold includes private coaching, it is not coaching-as-usual.

It’s a year-long container designed to reorient how you operate – emphasizing responsibility, integration, and long-term change.

Is Next Level a coaching program?

Next Level includes group coaching and guided support, but it is not high-touch 1:1 coaching. It’s designed for self-led growth with structure, community, and expert guidance.

Can I move from Next Level into The Threshold?

Yes. Many people begin in Next Level and later apply to The Threshold once clarity deepens and readiness is clear.

Entry into The Threshold is selective by design.

What’s the difference between Next Level and The Threshold?

Next Level is a self-led, supported membership designed to help you gain clarity, direction, and momentum using the FLOW Wheel. It’s flexible, accessible, and fits into your life.

The Threshold is a private, 12-month, invitation-only container for those ready for deep, identity-level transformation. It includes intensive 1:1 coaching, long-term integration, and exclusive access.

Next Level helps you orient. The Threshold changes how you live and lead.

Coaching FAQs

Is 1:1 coaching confidential?

Yes. All private coaching conversations are fully confidential.

Can I combine 1:1 coaching with a membership?

Yes. Many clients maintain access to Next Level alongside private coaching for additional support and resources.

Is this mindset coaching?

No. While mindset is addressed, the work focuses on patterns, decisions, and execution, integrating mind, body, and intuition.

What kinds of issues is 1:1 coaching best for?

  • Career or leadership transitions
  • High-stakes decisions
  • Feeling stuck despite success
  • Internal conflict, fear, or over-responsibility
  • Reclaiming authority and clarity under pressure

How often do we meet?

Sessions are typically weekly or biweekly, depending on the engagement and needs. Each session is followed up with a personalized recap with meaningful insights and “homework”.

How long is the commitment?

Private coaching requires a 3-month minimum commitment to ensure meaningful progress.

How is 1:1 coaching different from the memberships?

1:1 coaching is direct, personalized, and outcome-focused.
It’s ideal for navigating a specific decision, transition, or inflection point.

Memberships focus on ongoing orientation and integration.

1:1 coaching is about movement and execution.

Yes. Experiences will be offered periodically and announced in advance. Members receive priority access.

How many people attend?

Group sizes are intentionally small to protect depth, safety, and integrity. Capacity varies based on event type and the venue.

What kind of work happens at immersive experiences?

Work may include:

  • Guided reflection and strategic clarity
  • Embodied practices and nervous system regulation
  • Group dialogue and facilitated insight and inspiration
  • Time for integration, rest, and recalibration

Do I need to be a member to attend?

Not always. Certain immersives are open, while others are reserved for The Threshold or offered with priority access to members.

Are these retreats?

Some experiences span multiple days; others are shorter intensives.

All are intentionally designed, small-group, and guided.

What are the immersive experiences?

Immersive experiences are in-person gatherings designed to create deep clarity, reset patterns, and accelerate integration through embodied work, reflection, and connection.

Become who your life has been preparing you to be.
